About Pathways India

Built by Gulf parents who found the India admissions maze — and decided to map it.

Pathways India began the way most good services do — with a frustrating personal experience. Watching families in Dubai navigate Indian undergraduate admissions meant watching the same story on repeat: brilliant students reduced to a percentage, parents passed between agents who promised everything and put nothing in writing, and life-changing decisions made in a two-week panic after board results.

The information gap was absurd. India has world-class undergraduate options and a formal, published NRI admission system — yet a family in Sharjah or Riyadh had no reliable way to know which college genuinely fit their child, what the real fees were, or which deadline actually mattered. The vacuum was filled by brokers paid to fill specific seats.

So we built the practice we couldn’t find: a counselling firm that sells clarity, not seats. It starts with a serious assessment of the student — interests, aptitude, temperament, and the things teenagers don’t say out loud — and ends with our team in India walking the admission through to a hostel key. In between: an honest shortlist, every deadline tracked, every fee in writing.

We are led by Paarul — operating from Dubai, UAE with delivery teams in Bangalore and Delhi NCR, serving families across all six GCC countries.

How we work

Four standards we don’t bend

Honest numbers, in writing

Exact fees per route, real cut-offs, genuine chances. If a college is a reach, we say so before you pay an application fee — not after.

The student before the seat

We won't push a course because a college pays better commission. Our assessment decides the direction; the shortlist follows it.

Gulf hours, India hands

Counselling on your evenings and weekends from the UAE; filing, follow-ups and campus legwork by our team in India.

One family, one counsellor

No call-centre roulette. The counsellor who runs your first assessment review is the one who sees your child onto campus.

Why families trust us

Straight answers to the questions every family should ask

Commission disclosed

We're paid by families and by partner colleges. Both are disclosed — the shortlist is never rearranged to chase a payout.

No 'guaranteed seats'

Anyone promising a guaranteed seat before results is selling something else. We commit to routes and probabilities, honestly stated.

Your data stays yours

Assessment results and documents are shared with a college only when you approve an application to it.
